The rules of using Weniter, in the same language as the rest of the site. By creating your profile you accept them; read them first.
Weniter is a platform for people with complementary pieces to find each other and form alliances. It is not a job board or a services marketplace: nobody hires anybody through Weniter.
Weniter introduces people and structures the path (handshake, pilot, alliance). Whatever you agree between yourselves — equity, money, work — is yours.
You need to be of legal age in your country. Registration goes through Kinde; one account per person, with truthful data. You're responsible for what happens with your open session.
What you write is yours. You give us permission to display it within the platform, which is what you came for: your profile and your published searches are visible to others, even without an account.
Don't publish third parties' data without their permission, or content that is illegal, misleading or abusive.
What breaks trust breaks the platform. Not allowed:
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with notice unless the harm requires acting first. You can leave whenever you want: export your data and delete your account from settings, no permission needed.
Weniter is not a party to agreements between users and doesn't arbitrate them. We don't guarantee you'll find a partner, that a pilot will work out, or other people's conduct. Verify what you need to verify before committing: the trust ladder exists precisely for that.
There are per-plan limits — handshakes per month, active searches — and they're part of the design, not a punishment. There are no payments active today; when there are, they'll be announced with their own conditions and prices before anyone is charged anything.
The platform is offered as is. We do our best to keep it available and working well, but we're not liable for lost profits or damages arising from agreements between users. None of this limits rights the law grants you that can't be waived.
If these terms change substantially, we announce it on the platform before it takes effect. Continuing to use Weniter afterwards means accepting the new version. Questions: info@weniter.com.
